Getting Remote Technical Support using Bomgar

Student Housing and Dining Services using Bomgar, a secure service provided by UC Davis, for remote support.

  1. In your browser, go to support.ucdavis.edu.

  2. The support technician you’re working with will provide you with a unique session key. Enter the session key and click Submit.

     

  3. When prompted to start the program, click Yes.

     

  4. You’ll be prompted to download and run a small file necessary for the support session to work correctly.  Run the software as indicated.

     

  5. When the session starts, click Allow to let the support technician view and control your computer remotely.
