How to Add Printers at Orchard Park

There are 2 large ReproGraphics multi-function printers at Orchard Park. One in the Family building and one in the Graduate building.

  1. Open File Explorer and type in the path \\sh-maia64\ in the Quick access field. This gives you a list of all the available housing printers.

     

  2. From the list of available printers, double-click the printer you want to add.

     

    • SH-ORCHARD-FamilySCB for the printer in the Family building

       

    • SH-ORCHARD-GraduateSCB for the printer in the Graduate building

  3. Once the printer has been added, you’ll be able to print from it. You should not be asked to provide credentials to add the printer. If you are, please let the helpdesk know right away.
