PC Refresh
This Computer Has Been Replaced
As part of SHDS's PC Refresh this computer has been upgraded. Everyone who uses this PC will need to log into it to recreate their user profile.
Logging in
You'll log in as you normally do. Your login information has not changed, and you should see all your files and folders, as expected.
Setting up your user profile
As part of recreating your user profile you'll need to:
Set up your Outlook profile and add back any additional mailboxes, if you use any.
Log into Microsoft Teams
Set up any browser favorites if they did not sync automatically

We have provided resources to walk you through the steps above, but if you're still having trouble, please reach out to us by submitting a helpdesk request. When submitting that request, please include:
Your full name
The computer name (you can find this printed on the white label on the top of the computer)
Your location
A clear description of the problem you're having
Many of these issues can be resolved remotely, via our remote support system, Bomgar.
