How to Import Facilities Contacts to your new iPhone

Facilities provides a list of contacts you can import into your contacts. To import contacts, you will need:

• An Apple ID

• Access to icloud.com

• Contact syncing enabled on your iPhone

• The facilities VCF file to import

1. Once you have your Apple ID created log into icloud.com from your computer and click Contacts.
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. Click the Action Menu (gear icon) and click Import vCard…
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. In your File Explorer window, navigate to \\vulcan\public\facilities\Facilities Contacts VCF and double-click the vcf file to begin the import.
   
   

   The contacts will start importing into your iCloud account.
   
   

4. For the contacts to sync from iCloud to your phone, you must enable contact syncing in your iCloud settings on your phone.

5. Go to Settings Apple ID iCloud and turn on Contacts.
   
   

    

6. It may take a few minutes, but you will see your new contacts on your phone. Any contacts you add on your phone will sync back to iCloud.
