As you give the interview, please keep an ear open for a "Memorable Quote." In each faculty profile, we would like to include one larger pull-text quote that will catch reader's attention
Background:
- How long have you used computers to create materials for your courses?
- Where do you generally work on course creation?
- Before experimenting with Sakai, were you already using MyUCDavis? If so, for how long? Which tools did you use?
- Before joining the pilot, were you using resources outside of MyUCDavis in support of teaching? If so, what were those resources?
Using Sakai:
- Why did you decide to join the pilot? Were there specific tools or features that initially interested you? Did you feel a specific class especially lent itself well to Sakai's features?
- Briefly describe your unique project.
- What were your first impressions of the new system? Did you find its navigation intuitive?
- How much time did it take to familiarize yourself with the system's tools and features?
