- what did you do yesterday?
- what are you going to do today?
- what are the impediments to what you are trying to get done today?
- Scott Amerson
- Batching, tools and pages mods
- Batching, tweaking ability to modify providerid for existing sites
- Waiting for information/feedback from mock batch run on sakai-dev (e.g. Home, MOTD, Syllabus, etc). Also, do we want to create a Whitelist of courses and a Blacklist? In other words, if we can on-demand batch courses (one, a list, or all), do we want to run this even if the course site exists?
- Thomas Amsler (@ meeting, not present)
- Code Migration Process, JIRAs
- Code Migration Process, JIRAs, MessageCenter unread messages bug
- N/A
- Brian Donnelly
- 1/2 Sakai, refined requirements for AFS with Scott
- defining WSDLs for web service, looking at error codes returned from AFS, talking with Geeta about running a chron job to update Person feed from Mothra.
- determine existing web service architecture (on afs release server), and where current design/impl would reside. Some current discussion is occuring on Data Center end about security, architecture, etc.
- Jon Gorrono
- refresh authZGroup mods, and enabling caching mechanism
- same, but getting deeper into AOP in order to intercept the calls that are being made on refresh.
- Sakai framework limitations wrt design of authzgroups/provider interaction. Also one impediment is not hearing back from the community on this issue.
- James Renfro
- TaskList running locally, added ranking for tasks. Excellent!
- Building Citation Manager, somewhat similar to TaskList but more integrated with the Resources Tool and ContentHosting.
- Locating spots in architecture where things are happening. Getting debugging/logging configured for Sakai. Eclipse seems a bit slow, also.
- Lisa Wilson
- Documentation for export of quizzes from MyUCDavis
- More documentation on Samigo's import
- no impediments, but wanted to note that the collection issue brought up recently wasn't a real impediment but something to learn more about. QuestionPool analysis may be an impediment.

- More notes:
- Jon is looking at the impediments that we've mentioned, and forwarding that information to Sandra and Kirk for their reference. He is hoping to get feedback from them quickly about these issues.
- If we have time, Jon will help us create/look at the JIRA stories. They are like tasks, however they are more at the Use Case level, and more generic.
- Brian not in JIRA yet. Lucky Brian!
