Request for the addition of a SmartSite Link to the MyUCDavis Homepage

Request to RA from CO per Bb's suggested changes.

Please the add the following photo and links to the MyUCDavis homepage.

1. Move the "Getting Started with MyUCDavis" links to the bulleted MyUCDavis Spotlight list in the following manner. (Not shown in the mock up; the list may need to be adjusted to fit in the same space)

  • Getting Started with MyUCDavis
    • Faculty
    • Staff

2. Add the SmartSite "Coming Fall 2007" (.jpg) image to the MyUCDavis homepage as shown below and link it to http://smartsite.ucdavis.edu

3. Add the link "Click Here to Learn More" as shown below and link it to http://smartsite.ucdavis.edu

4. Add a link to SmartSite in the left menu under "Integration" (not shown) and link it to http://smartsite.ucdavis.edu

  • LeeJay will do a version with and without "Fall 2007" in the upper right corner.
  • Large SmartSite links to smartsite.ucdavis.edu
  • Other link to smartsite.ucdavis.edu
  • What about MyUCDavis? link to a page on smartsite.ucdavis.edu that explicitly addresses this issue (not yet created).

8/3/07 Meeting CO & RA

  • Develop several versions of SmartSite Graphic with LeeJay for review next week.
  • The graphic should be on the left panel because it stays with user as they navigate through the MyUCDavis site.
  • Must explain what SmartSite is in graphic, give link to homepage, more info on the transition/project.
