    • Set optimizer_index_cost_adj to 100
    • Set _KEEP_REMOTE_COLUMN_SIZE to FALSE
    • Using MViews and Views
  • Load Test:
    • Application Server: sakai-dev (stubing)
    • Database: saunders (for sakai and sakai_external)
