SCHEMAS FOR 2.4 UPGRADE

Ray - Spoke with Jon recently regarding schema documentation in Confluence. Jon noted that the team may be behind on updating the docs, but test views are accurate for the current status of CM; Brian is working on revisions to the views; may be another month of work for campus team.
Ray has questions for Brian regarding how certain tables and views rely on Mothra.

CREST

Ray questioned how the switch in views will affect CREST. Chris feels that VM can switch successfully without timing to tie in to the exact switchover for Sakai/CERE. Ray is contacting Registrar's office re: up to date data

EVAL

Ray received a call from Tor who inquired about using the eval system for Psych course. Ray will discourage non-VM users from use of CERE due to the additional work load it represents.

Phil - Evaluations code is VM-based and may not extend to other campuses.
Ray - Each college may have different implementation needs; (Chris) VetMed may consult, but will not be responsible for outside implementations of VM code.

Ray requests that Phil wrap up development on Evals to move on to other department needs.
