2.4 Upgrade Path

Scott: Running into difficulties with mappings. Code is working with previous, but not the current mviews. Difficulty with mapping to objects. Will talk to Jon and Thomas about current mview/mapping problems. There are many more interdependent tools in Sakai 2.4. Requires more time to work out VM deployment.

EVAL

Phil: Preview evaluation is done; will start QA later today. Expects to have work cycle completed by next week. Summer session 2 is the hard deadline for VM clients.

CREST

Chris: Working on resolving issue for Erin with event changes in Outlook not being updated in CREST. Fix may be clearing out offerings in previous quarters (undesirable outcome.) Issue with view not being picked up in CERE; he thinks it is fixed now. Holding off on rolling changes to production while waiting for other system issues to be resolved.

Keith - Work on importing CAF courses.
Ray - Need to determine import method for new course approvals pending for end of July for all undergrad and grad courses; need to determine how to detect desirable updates/changes while retaining unchanged data.

CALF

Rick: Attended Support Partners meeting; discussions on testing Mneme vs. Tests & Quizzes for delivery. Reviewed podcasting w/Steve Faith.

Dave: Communicated with Harvest rep.; waiting for opportunity to try out product. Sent the list of Vet Med clarification requests to rep.
