Developers Meeting

Ray - Nutrition Dept. McDonald want to use VM eval system as proof of system for Fall 2006 qtr
Need to manually create courses on CERE - access and registration issues

Scott - Java One: trends, topics included Spring 2.0, Hibernate, AJAX, JSF & AJAX integration; some presentations & webcasts already online;
Eval - next phase: creation well modeled; working on add'l data model for associating responses, etc.
Scheduler - need to touch base w/Chris & Keith re: scheduling model for Ilios tie in to Sakai;

Phil - Hibernate training desired; JBoss training?

Rick - starting to get feedback on Captivates; so far, questions asked by pilot users are covered by existing movies

Some discussion of Breeze usage; may want to get an estimate for anticipated Breeze usage for the fall.

Dave - migration for fall about 30% is general use content managed by CALF, remaining content will be links or web content pulled in.
Non-registered students, TA's or auditors should have access to Sakai where some instructors are using workarounds to provide materials to these folks - will solve this problem.

Ray to Keith - Syllabus page in CERE & one in Ilios not consistent - need to standardize to one view.

Beau - some sakai patches, working on cron jobs & media server; working on clustering aspect/load balancing
