  1. Training schedule issues - both Fernando and Steve need to add classes for the rest of the quarter - will be scheduled the end of this week.

  3. Follow-up on 2.6.4 and Gradebook 1.3.0 outstanding testing items (review email with Joyce) - only SAK-3240 left to follow-up on and Dave's working on it.
  4. Kirk reports the master schedule on FF is showing some weird backgrounds behind the November 29 and for the following week's - discussed at Training and Support process is in place for reviewing the schedule html; just missed the html errors; new schedule has been reviewed and posted. 
  5. SON is going to move to 2.7.x.estimate is around the winter holidays. SOM has moved to CAS for authentication.  So Steve is learning more about 2.7.x.

New Action Items:

  1. Complete: this schedule has been set up.  SON has requested schedule changes: Don't need to there on Friday's rather have Steve there on Thursdays; New schedule would be at SON all day Tues/Thurs; Work from campus: 1 hr each day on Mon, Wed, Friday - needs Kirk's approval.
  2. Ongoing:  Continue to clean up Jira tickets.
  3. Only SAK-3240 left to follow-up on and Dave's working on it:  Joyce & Fernando reviewed outstanding email from testing items. Actions sent via email for Joyce and Fernando to follow-up on. Both will work through the emails to resolve the issues

Past Action Items:

  1. Complete: Steve to reschedule drop-in clinic that conlicts with Monthly Meeting
  2. Posted changes to CMDCOM-11 on 10/14 for Middleware to complete these changes: Joyce to follow-up with Kirk and Middleware on Classes I'm Teaching/Classes I'm Taking changes
  3. Posted a comment to SAK-549 - Kirk to see if this was still planned:  Where is the request for stuID in roster and pictures?
