1. Update Test Plan for CLE

- Steve met with Pat B; she would like % scoring summations by category by Student (checkbox in Attributes & Grades called Category summaries) (was in MyUCD); but she says she understands the Gradebook GRBK-686

Goals:
1. Revamp/re-organize how we do documentation
2. Incorporate testing changes into the documentation update process
3. Remedy or RSN Ticket Status

- Has 5 assigned tickets to work on first
4. SmartSite Support Plan - see project plans
a. Need to communicate to customer when issue is being escalated - need canned response for this - Add to T&R agenda and discuss.

Past Action Items:
- Continue to clean up Jira tickets.
- Posted changes to CMDCOM-11 on 10/14 for Middleware to complete these changes: due from Middleware Feb 2011.
- Posted another comment (on 2/22) to Kirk SAK-549 - Kirk to see if this was still planned: Where is the request for stuID in roster and pictures?
