For issues with equipment supported by AVI-SPL you can reach them in various ways:

  1. Call 866-588-6857 - Option 3

  2. Email avispl-support@avispl.com

  3. Submit a support request at: AVI-SPL Support.

When submitting a support request, please indicate the building and room. Whenever possible, attach a video or picture of any error messages, for troubleshooting purposes.
