V2.3 for Document Uploads includes the following functionality

Document Uploads

PDF uploads are accessible from their report/letter data entry pages and appear in the dossier in the same location as the current manually entered reports/letters. Only one PDF upload can be added per document report/letter type, except for "Other Letters/Recommendations", in which up to five PDF uploads can be added. PDF uploads have a maximum file size limit of 10MB each. PDF uploads supersede manually entered letters of the same letter type in the packet and the email attachments sent to the candidate with their disclosure statement notification.

  • Extending Knowledge
  • Joint Appointment Department Letter
  • Joint Appointment Other Letter
  • Other Letters/Recommendations
  • Dean's Recommendation Letter
  • CAP's Recommendation Letter
  • FPC's Recommendation Letter

Transition to UC Davis Central Authenticaion Services (CAS)

  • MyInfoVault users who also use certain administration applications (including DaFIS-DS, Direct Deposit, and MyTravel) may be required to authenticate twice, albeit with the same UC Davis login and password, until the authentication component for those application is also update.

New "Callouts" for some required fields

  • Some required fields display "callouts" next to the fields indicating the correct format required for those fields.
