Make sure you are connected to the GlobalProtect VPN -- Click the icon in the tray in the lower-right hand corner of the screen, click the globe icon (it will be black and white while the VPN is off) and click “Connect”.

Open “Remote Desktop Connection” by clicking on the Windows button in the bottom-left corner of the screen, then typing “Remote Desktop Connection” and clicking on the top result.

1. When a small window pops up, type “COE-IT-CGMTERM.ou.ad3.ucdavis.edu” into the box and click “Connect”.

2. Enter your Kerberos username with “ad3\” preceding it, like in the image below, and your password. You may also wish to check the “Remember me” box so you won’t have to re-type your username every time. Click “OK”.
