Computing Accounts Duo MFA Enrollment

Enrolling into Duo
You may enroll in Duo MFA by accessing Computing Accounts (https://computingaccounts.ucdavis.edu/) and choosing the "Manage account services" option.
Once authenticated and choosing your loginid, you will find the "IDUO - Duo MFA Registration" service permit in either the Add Services or Restricted Services section of the form.
The IDUO
service permit is available without restriction to UC Davis employees. If you are not an employee, and need access a service protected by Duo, contact IT Express to obtain a Service Access Token required for enrollment.
On selecting "IDUO
" and pressing "Continue", you will be sent on to the Duo Self-Enrollment portal. Refer to the Duo Enrollment Guide (https://guide.duo.com/enrollment) for explanation of options (screen shots in this guide may differ slightly based on UC Davis branding and enabled options).
When you have completed enrolling your initial device, you will be able to immediately access any Duo protected service.
Managing Duo settings and Devices
Access Computing Accounts (https://computingaccounts.ucdavis.edu/) and choose the link "Manage account services".
Once logged in you will find the "IDUO - Duo MFA Registration" option under the Manage Services section of the form.
After selecting "IDUO
" and pressing "Continue", the Duo portal will be displayed.
Select the link "My Settings & Devices". This will require you to authenticate with Duo first before moving forward. Refer to this Duo Device Management Guide (https://guide.duo.com/manage-devices) for an explanation of options (screen shots in this guide may differ slightly based on UC Davis branding and enabled options).
If you no longer have access to any device registered with Duo, contact IT Express to remove it/them from your account. Once cleared, access the Duo portal through Computing Accounts, choose "Manage Services" and repeat the enrollment process for your new device.
