Enrolling into Duo
You may enroll in Duo MFA by accessing Computing Accounts and following the link "Manage account services".
Once logged in you will find the "IDUO - Duo MFA Registration" option in either the Add Services or Restricted Services section of the form.
Duo MFA is restricted to employees of UC Davis. If you are not an employee but are authorized to access a service protected by Duo, you will need to contact IT Express to first obtain a Service Access Token before you are allowed to enroll.
After selecting "IDUO" and pressing "Continue", you will be sent on to the Duo Self Enrollment portal. Refer to this enrollment guide for explanation of Duo options (Screen shots used in this guide will differ slightly based on branding and options that may not be enabled at UC Davis).
When you have completed enrolling your initial device, you will be able to immediately access any Duo protected service.
Managing Duo settings and Devices
Access Computing Accounts and following the link "Manage account services".
Once logged in you will find the "IDUO - Duo MFA Registration" option under the Manage Services section of the form.
After selecting "IDUO" and pressing "Continue", the Duo portal will be displayed.
Select the link "My Settings & Devices". This will require you to authenticate with Duo first before moving forward. Refer to this guide for an explanation of the Duo Options(Screen shots used in this guide will differ slightly based on branding and options that may not be enabled at UC Davis).
If for some reason you know longer have access to the device you originally registered, you will need to contact IT Express to have the device removed from your account. Then access the Duo portal through "Manage Services" and you will then be able to repeat the enrollment process for your new device.
