You may enroll in Duo MFA by accessing Computing Accounts and following the link (https://computingaccounts.ucdavis.edu/) and choosing the "Manage account services" option.
Once logged in authenticated and choosing your loginid, you will find the "IDUO - Duo MFA Registration" option service permit in either the Add Services or Restricted Services section of the form.
Duo MFA is restricted to employees of The IDUO
service permit is available without restriction to UC Davis employees. If you are not an employee but are authorized to , and need access a service protected by Duo, you will need to contact IT Express to first obtain a Service Access Token before you are allowed to enrollrequired for enrollment.

If for some reason you know no longer have access to the any device you originally registered with Duo, you will need to contact IT Express to have the device removed remove it/them from your account. Then Once cleared, access the Duo portal through Computing Accounts, choose "Manage Services" and you will then be able to repeat the enrollment process for your new device.
