Roll Over Bookings to new term:

Select the students you would like to add bookings to, and click Add Bookings.

You will want to select the full term option unless you are booking for one quarter.

You will want to select yes to updating the 24/25 room rate and check do not ask me again so you are not prompted to update each student who is selected.
