Our Charge: Organization and all things related to
- Documentation/Training
- Service Catalogs
- Funding Models
Keeping above findings in mind to inform the SSC
We prioritized the items in the following order:
1. Service Catalog
Ideally there is one Service Catalog which outlines
- Services-- and lifecycle
- Future Services
- How we develop services
- Services should be aligned with business need
2. Training/Documentation
- SDPS / LMS are under-utilized-- HR should take on roll of advertising these opportunities in onboarding process
- We need to develop standards-- Example Outlook Calendaring, using resources in Outlook such as projectors, conference rooms, etc.
- Training should have a balance for user, technical and administrator
3. Funding Model
- What is the total cost to provide services - end to end
- What is the basic level of service
