Priorities

1.        Service Catalog

Ideally there is one Service Catalog which outlines

• Services â?? and lifecycle
• Future Services
  • How we develop services
  • Services should be aligned with business need

2.        Training/Documentation

• SDPS / LMS are under-utilized â?? HR should take on roll of advertising these opportunities in onboarding process
• We need to develop standards â?? Example Outlook Calendaring, using resources in Outlook such as projectors, conference rooms, etc.
• Training should have a balance for user, technical and administrator

3.        Funding Model

• What is the total cost to provide services  - end to end
• What is the basic level of service
