Bomgar Representative Console Installation

As a Bomgar Service Representative, you'll need the Bomgar Representative Console software installed to your machine. Once you have had an account created, and given a temporary password from the Bomgar Administrator:

  1. Sign into the Bomgar User console at http://support.ucdavis.edu/login.
  2. The top option on the initial screen is to download the software. Use the drop down to select the appropriate Operating System if it is not automatically detected, then click Download Bomgar Representative Console.
  3. After the software downloads, open the program and run the setup file. **Note: This does require an administrator password to install.
  4. While the installation is happening, go back to your browser and scroll to the bottom of the page. Locate the "Change Your Password" box and update your temporary password. These changes take effect immediately.
    1. You may also opt to create a security question and answer.

Signing On

  1. Open the "Bomgar Representative Console - support.ucdavis.edu" application.
  2. Enter your login ID, and your new password.
    1. If you are unable to sign in, please contact the Bomgar administrator to have your password reset.
  3. Once signed, you'll be presented with the Bomgar Representative Console main menu.
