Reflection on SPRINT 88 - Ended 03/10/2010

Tough sprint that had weekend deployment

Learnt that due to the nature of such deployment, Help to spend more time testing in the full (UAT) environment.

Battery tests were truly helpful catching other unrelated bugs that got fixed.

Appreciated Jose’s (Team lead) quick turn around in fixing unforeseen exceptions.

Learnt how to test partial tests cases in PROD

Deductive approach to deployment helped narrow isolate issues and fix either dependent / independent areas.
