Intune Reset Setup Instructions Remote(Win 10)

Your computer is now Intune joined
Your laptop will be reset by your IT team, once you get it back, please follow the steps to complete your setup.
1. Turn on Your Computer
Select your Region and Keyboard Language.
2. Connect to the Internet
Connect via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
3. Update Your Device
Your device will update and become Intune-ready. This process may take a minute.
4. Sign In with Your UC Davis Email
Enter your @ucdavis.edu email address.
5. Authenticate Using Your Kerberos Password
You will be redirected to the UC Davis login page to enter your Kerberos password.
6. Authenticate with Duo
Complete the Duo authentication process.
7. Wait During Setup
After signing in, several processes will occur. This may take 20 to 60 minutes, depending on your internet connection.
8. Sign In Again
Once the setup reaches the Account Setup stage, you will be prompted to sign in again.
Use your @ucdavis.edu email and password.
9. Complete the Setup
The setup page will reappear to finalize the Account Setup process.
Once complete, the sign-in page will appear again. Use your @ucdavis.edu email and password to log in.
10. Post-Setup Notes
Your computer will still be on Windows 10. This precaution prevents OS corruption during enrollment.
To upgrade to Windows 11, go to:
Settings > Update & Security > Windows Updates
Select Check for Updates to begin the upgrade process.
Windows 11 Version 24H2 should start downloading and installing pending a restart. Your computer will not update until you initiate a restart.
If you prefer not to update your device, your device will automatically update and restart during Patching Day. once you login,it will be on Windows 11
