Description
Bomgar is Ian IET Support tool for chat support, remote access to clients' computers, and system administration for IET supported departments. It can be accessed by our clients at http://support.ucdavis.edu or http://itexpress.ucdavis.edu. We use the Bomgar Representative Console to interact with clients' machines. Once your account for Bomgar has been established you will need to login first here: https://support.ucdavis.edu/login and proceed to download the Bomgar Representative Console for your respective Operating System.

Access Requirements
The IT Express Bomgar administrator will need to create a user account through the Bomgar Administration Console. The Bomgar Representative Console must also be installed on the technician's machine.
