Open Campus Test Plan
Students who enroll in courses through University Extension are provided to Smartsite course management from a feed other than Banner. These students are distinguished by the role name "Open Campus" (similar to "Wait List" students.)
We will run 2 tests to verify that extension students show up in a course and are able to access functions.
- In an existing course, verify that the new UNEX student shows up.
- Create a new course and verify that UNEX students are already visible.
To coordinate with Brian Donnelly on these two test runs, QA is providing a list of courses and faculty to SU for verification. Brian will provide the list of student(s) per course to validate.

SU as the instructor in the course assigned to you. Verify that you can see the student(s) assigned to your course in Site Info and that their Role is "Open Campus" and their Status is "Active". |

Add a new Assignment and verify that the student shows up when you select Grade for that item. |

Add Drop Box and verify the student folder exists. |

Add Gradebook and create a gb item. Select the item and verify the student appears in the Gradebook Item Summary list of students. |
