WELCOME to the MyInfoVault (MIV) Web Site!

(red star) The next version of MyInfoVault v3.2 to be released March 29, 2010. MyInfoVault will be unavailable 5:10pm to 7:00pm! (red star)

The upgrade for v3.2 "Release for Signature" provides a new feature which allows the dean’s analyst to prepare and then release the dossier to the dean for review and signature. This same feature is available for AP analysts to prepare and then release the dossier for the Vice Provost’s review and signature.

Safeguarding Identity Information

California state law (Section 1798 California Civil Code) and campus policy (PPM 320-022) prohibits the public display or posting of an individual's SSN. Campus units are advised to not send personal names and identity information via email. Removing some portion of the restricted identity information or encryption of the message is required to be consistent with state law and campus policy. March 14, 2008 Focus Group
The third focus group session was held in 61 Mrak at 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

November 14, 2007 Focus Group
The second focus group session again brought MIV users together to munch on Steve's pizza, view the progression of the new release, and provide feedback on the MIV program and release date. Meeting minutes plus feedback from the focus group are available online.

MyInfoVault and Kuali Rice

In January 2010, MyInfoVault 3.0 began to leverage the Kuali Rice framework for workflow routing (KEW) and identity management (KIM). For more information, see the page on details of MIV and Kuali Rice integration.
