export can start as soon as we have enough concensus and skills to implement something. This does not mean we will start without a plan though... this is just a statement of readiness

Custom export.
There are two export areas.
- 'course grade roster view export', and
- currently exports a richer data set and the interface is more mature.
- 'roster view course grade export'
- export is probably not used by anyone as it is.
- A

Owen: will send links to Ray's Grade-book-of-the-month-reading-list: required reading for hacking into the gradebook. And, any other things that he can think of that will help us (UCD) orient ourselves.
