  1. Once Outlook is opened, delete the student work email address and type your personal student email account (ending with @ucdavis.edu). Then click Connect.

3 7. Now that Outlook is configured, you will see you student email account as the default one and your student worker email account/shared mailbox as the secondary oneones.

NOTE: When you are sending from a different mailbox, other than your own, you need to change the “From” field. If the from field is not available go to the Options tab and select Show From Fields icon (click 3 dots if you don’t see the option).
Now you see the From field, click to use another email address and type both student worker email address and share mailbox (if required) so they are cached for next time.
