1. Add Forums tool to your course if not there already .
2. Create a new Forum and then Topic to your course so that students can chat. Reference QA_MessageCenter.xls if needed.
3. Access the topic and then post a message to the topic using Post New Thread.
4. Try to post a message without any message text.
5. Log in as a student and try to submit a blank message, i.e., a message with nothing in the message bodymessage without message text.
6. Try to reply to any previous message without any text in the message text field.

Pass: Messages without message text either receive an alert when on submit or are not created.
Fail: Messages without message text are saved and viewable.
