To coordinate with Brian Donnelly on these two test runs, QA is providing a list of courses and faculty to SU for verification. Brian will provide the list of student(s) per course to validate.

Step

Description

1.

SU as the instructor in the course assigned to you. Verify that you can see the student(s) assigned to your course in Site Info and that their Role is "Open Campus" and their Status is "Active".

2.

Add a new Assignment and verify that the student shows up when you select Grade for that item.

3.

Add Drop Box and verify the student folder exists.

4.

Add Gradebook and create a gb item. Select the item and verify the student appears in the Gradebook Item Summary list of students.

5.

Admin-only step. Select Roster and verify student and appropriate role.
