These can be pulled from the spread sheet using the following hack:
- Copy the entire status column from the tracking spreadsheet
- Paste list into notepad to remove formatting
- Copy notepad contents to Word
- Tools > Sort > OK (This alphabetizes the list)
- Copy all entries of the same status (e.g. CREATED) back into an empty Excel column.
- The number of the last cell represents the number of created columns
- Repeat for each status.
