Creating Course Sites Manually

#1. Outlining current strategy of manually creating sites via SiteMaker account, and it's limitations
This outlines the current way we are adding course sites to SmartSite, and how this differs from our batching process is creating sites (e.g. Site Tabs). Furthermore, there are current limitations in Sakai 2.1.x, which need to be addressed.
