This guide explains how to sign in to the BeyondTrust Support Portal using your organization account through Single Sign-On (SSO). This allows you to securely access the system using your UC Davis credentials without needing a separate password.
First-Time Login
During your first login:
Your account may be automatically created.
Your name and email information will be imported from your organization account.
You may be asked to confirm access permissions.
Once this process is complete, future logins will occur automatically through SSO.

After using this link, you should see the following page. If not, please stop and contact me to troubleshoot.
After you have completed the onboarding you will sign in using the support portal link
Open a web browser.
Go to the IT support portal: https://shdssupport.ucdavis.edu/login
Select Sign in with SHDS SAML.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page.
Enter your UC Davis email address.
Enter your password.
Complete Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) if prompted.
After authentication, you will automatically be redirected to the BeyondTrust portal.
