      1. Monday Monthly Meeting conflicts with drop-in clinic; Steve will switch that one time to morning.
      2. Clickers support - issue of technical support and how to provide - recommend Fernando discuss with Kirk/Liz.

      1. Steve does the scheduling for training (lots of coordination with schedules/and lab locations)

3. Where is the request for stuID in roster and pictures?  Check with Kirk
4. Classes I'm Teaching/Classes I'm taking proposed changes:
   1. Determine if opening Classes I'm Teaching should still open in the iframe (not an iframe - but instead a separate window that big enough to see the lower links). If so, adjust link colors to both pages to make them more obvious (Yes adjust the colors).
   2. If no, adjust link to have it open in a new window like the others (yes open a new window).
   3. Adjust the color of the links on the Messages page to give better contrast (yes do this).
   4. Did we really mean to include terms all the way up to 2016 in the drop down for my campus messages on SmartSite? Aren't most of the terms past FQ 2010 going to have no data at this point? (this is ok)
