Evaluation
QA: Jan experiencing timeout issue with evaluation forms on server my while testing out the evaluation code.
Ray will provide additional student users for the eval course for add'l testing
Discussion of test environment and testing data needed for local dev
Working on instructor view. Student view 4 items are addressed.
Note re: evaluation timeout after 20 minutes. Desirable to have an alert prior timeout and/or data save prior to timeout.
Possibility of campus/institution-level evaluation question in the future.
Beau and Scott looking into possibility of sakai v2.2 conversion to determine impact on current custom code.
Will promote evaluation authoring/administration code to production once Jan approves current design/function. Jan is the course leader for 4 of the pilot courses.

Chris has done run through; note: course template only showed questions, not the evaluatee once the evauation has started. Preview needs to display the evaluatee.
Need visibility of evaluatees at admin level
Limitations on edit by date of release to be implemented in v1.5 release, e.g., editing text on questions post release
Approximately 390 unique students will be submitting evaluations in vm pilot

Keith: Updates are in place; superuser code done; will need to make changes to Application.cfm; parsing for import mostly done.
SCHEDULING
Chris: schedule rights, UI for Erin and other admin to use for approval of requested events; conflict resolution for in scheduler and CERE for a class event using download PDA piece? Need some tweaks due to multiple data storage of same data.
