This The upgrade for v3.1 Snapshots provides an archive of the completed dossier for MIV. Dossiers must be archived before a new action can be started. This functionality also provides a snapshot of the dossier as it was created just before sending it to the next location2 "Release for Signature" provides a new feature which allows the dean’s analyst to prepare and then release the dossier to the dean for review and signature.
