    2. for Fernando - working on clicker presentation for Friday, 2/25 10:15 so wants to change drop-in schedule on Friday.  Fernando will email Kirk to change the drop-in hours 10:30-12:30.  This gives Fernando enough time.

      2. Work on tasks from SmartSite Support Plan - Create matrix site for enhancements/user requests; and draft canned messages to point users their request. Provide ticket number so they can track it.

    1. Continue to clean up Jira tickets.Follow-up on SAK-3240/SS-256- Fernando/David agreed on content; needs to be reviewed one more time; David needs to send out an update. This is complete and closed
    2. Posted changes to CMDCOM-11 on 10/14 for Middleware to complete these changes: due from Middleware Feb 2011.
    3. Posted a comment toanother comment (on 2/22) to Kirk SAK-549 - Kirk to see if this was still planned:  Where is the request for stuID in roster and pictures?
