    1. for Steve - no issuesnone
    2. for Fernando - instruction work for Liz/Pete; on standby; Shellhous contact (non-UCD person) - check remedy status; shibamoto-smith - no contact yetworking on clicker presentation for Friday, 2/25 10:15 so wants to change drop-in schedule on Friday.  Fernando will email Kirk to change the drop-in hours 10:30-12:30.  This gives Fernando enough time.

    1. GB2 v1.4.0 testing
    2. GB2 v1.4.1 short descriptions - Steve will add 1.4.1 tickets to GRBK Translation document and have Tim work on this.  Fernando and Steve will also work on this the week of 2/14.
    3. for Steve - RSN 8309822 Students not seeing results in Feedback/Post'Emâ?? rSmart has asked for a copy of the original files the instructor uploaded for these two posts? Steve will post a revised message to look at the database for data issues; class is over; would have been nicer to have more follow-up.

    6. Remedy tickets - Steve now has 41. High priority new one's first.  Then move to older high priority tickets. 
    7. Work on tasks from SmartSite Support Plan - Create matrix site for enhancements/user requests; and draft canned messages to point users their request. Provide ticket number so they can track it.

Past Action Items:

  1. Continue to clean up Jira tickets.Follow-up on SAK-3240/SS-256- Fernando/David agreed on content; needs to be reviewed one more time; David needs to send out an update. This is complete and closed
  2. Posted changes to CMDCOM-11 on 10/14 for Middleware to complete these changes: due from Middleware Feb 2011.
  3. Posted a comment toanother comment (on 2/22) to Kirk SAK-549 - Kirk to see if this was still planned:  Where is the request for stuID in roster and pictures?
