Description

1.

SU as the instructor in the course assigned to you. Verify that you can see the student(s) assigned to your course in Site Info and that their Role is "Open Campus" and their Status is "Active".

2.

Send an Announcement to All.

3.

Add a new Assignment and verify that the student shows up when you select Grade for that item.

4.

Add Chat.

5.

Add Drop Box and verify the student folder exists.

6.

Add Forums. Create a new forum and topic and release it.

7.

Add Gradebook and create a gb item. Select the item and verify the student appears in the Gradebook Item Summary list of students.

8.

Add Messsages. Access Compose Message and verify that the student appears in the To list. Send a message to Student Role and another message to the individual student.

9.

Add something to Resources which is accessible to students in your course.

10.

Admin-only step. Select Roster and verify student and appropriate role.

11.

Add Section Info. Access Student Memberships and verify that the student is displayed in the list of students. Create a section and add a few students to that section including the UNEX student.

12.

Add Tests & Quizzes. Create a simple quiz and publish it.

Verify that you received two messages in Messsages and can access them both.

Verify you can access the content in Resources.

10. Admin-only step. Select Roster and verify student and appropriate role

Access Section Info and verify you can see your section under All Sections and My Section.
