To test Chat functionality, we will be reviewing a couple of courses with large volumes of chat messages on smartsite-test.
These are real chats copied to the test system - please use discretion regarding any comments or content you read.
Only QA testers with SU capabilities can run through this test.

- SU as one of the Instructors in the bolded course sites and access the course.
- Access "All Messages" and verify that you can see all the messages.
- Locate a student in the course, logout, and SU as the student after login.
- Access "All Messages" and verify that you can see all the messages.
- Add a message to Chat.
- Repeat these steps for all courses in bold.
- Select a couple of other course sites (as time allows) from the table listed above and repeat this test.
