  • Copy the entire status column from the tracking spreadsheet
  • Paste list into notepad to remove formatting
  • Copy notepad contents to Word
  • Select: Tools > Sort > OK (This alphabetizes the list)
  • Copy all entries of the same one status (e.g. CREATED) back into an empty Excel column.
  • The number of the last cell represents the number of created columnssites of this status
  • Repeat for each status.
