- Copy the entire status column from the tracking spreadsheet
- Paste list into notepad to remove formatting
- Copy notepad contents to Word
- Select: Tools > Sort > OK (This alphabetizes the list)
- Copy all entries of the same one status (e.g. CREATED) back into an empty Excel column.
- The number of the last cell represents the number of created columnssites of this status
- Repeat for each status.
