Rick - Captivate movies are moving along; will forward links to SWF files to team. SWF's scale nicely. Some functions will require multiple movies to keep movies as small (time length) as possible. e.g., creating an announcement, deleting an announcement, etc., so script list is longer than originally anticipated. 3 movies completed, others pending audio edits. Beau assisted in working out interface issues .
For which was holding up production. Help movies are for administrators only. For Help needed for students? probably not.
Ray 's meeting - Meeting with Nancy & Chris S. have ; MW has a long list of movies to generate; Rick - process will take some time due to full tool list and scripting approval process; Ray iterated in meeting - no chrome, no skin, no logos to make generic for both systems.
