• Open Action page changes appear at the School/College and Vice Provost's Office locations.
• Upload for “Dean’s Final Decision/Recommendation Comments" will appear on the Manage Open Action page (only for the SCHOOL/COLLEGE location). Previously the PDF upload page for these documents was on the “Add/Edit Dean’s [Final Decision/Recommendationâ€� page.
• Uploading this document is still optional
• Maximum upload is still one document
• Bookmarks in the Single File PDF Dossier will display either “Dean’s Final Decisionâ€� (redelegatedPrimary Redelegated) or “Dean’s Recommendationâ€� ( (Non-redelegated and Joint Redelegated/Non-redelegated).)

New buttons for "Release to Dean" or "Release to Vice Provost button"

• Add new line above the “Dean’s Final Decision/Recommendationâ€� and “Vice Provost’s Final Decisionâ€� line called “Release to Deanâ€� or “Release to Vice Provost.â€�

• A new “Release to Deanâ€� button will be added to the Manage Open Action page at the School/College locaton
• A new “Release to Vice Provost" will be added to the Manage Open Action page at the Vice Provost location.

o “Dean’s Final Decision/Recommendation� line “Add/Edit� button is disabled.
• Released (Green css style)

o “Dean’s Final Decision/Recommendation� line “Add/Edit� button is enabled.
 “Hold� button will be disabled by default; meaning the dossier will not appear available for signature in the MIVMain page “Review/Sign Dean's Final Decision/Recommendation� and “Sign Vice Provost’s Final Decision� link/action count.
 An alert should displayed every time the "Hold" button is selected for the Release To Dean or Vice Provost option:
Holding for signature will delete any existing decision and signature! Are you sure you want to continue?
 “Release� button selection flags the dossier as available for signature in the MIVMain page “Review/Sign Dean's Final Decision/Recommendation� and “Sign Vice Provost’s Final Decision� link/action count.
• When a dossier has been signed, the “Release� button will remain selected (disabled) and the status will be “Released.�
 To re-release a dossier for signature that has already been signed, the School/College Admin will need to select the “Release� button again so that the dossier will appear available for signature in the MIVMain page “Review/Sign Dean's Final Decision/Recommendation� and “Review/Sign Vice Provost’s Final Decision� link/action count.
