Views - feature request to allow SU as a student to see what the eval template looks like for them
Code deployed on Thursday included patches.
Scott - Will generate evals (release to students) on CERE after confirming with Jan
SUPPORT - Rick, Chris
Positive responses from faculty. QUiet, things seem to be going smoothly.
Student responses - tabs dissappearing when dataload comes across incorrectly. Issue with re-running due to differences between Banner and PPS update frequency. Next version needs to be more resiliant.
Students want to be able to delete announcements after it's read due to excessive list.
Using ProfCast for movies; looking for feedback
Issue w/instructors who have added users via email rather than kname. Clean up process?
Team looking for method of cleanup of incorrect users on quarterly basis.

Schedule input; some revisions after Erin (key user) worked with it.
Effort reports not currently accurate; tracking data for offering changes does not keep detail whether instructors are added, edited, or deleted; need to know who is making the changes. Current stored procedure offers info that an edit took place but not the details.
SYSTEMS - Beau
Tuesday - System security patches. About 12 hrs to process all machines including media, etc.
Media server CF status - must regress to previous Sun/Apache versions; requires rebuild of the box.
Issue w/hard-coded links to libraries in Java 1.4; not easily hackable. Going to CF for authorization for access to media.
ROLES
Joining/unjoin. Users handled through provider cannot unjoin. Maintain role needs to be set to ior. Need to confirm for next quarter provider run.
