Scott - continuing work on Sakai version of scheduling?; will receive from CF web service using web service in sakai; working on design documentation. Need to make decision about table location (in or outside of sakai?) Calendar event table - scheduling
Phil - JSF issues to resolve
Rick - Faculty training workshop details to work out. Need to move Captivate files to media server directory.
Dave - copied existing content from existing content server for iWeb. Identify faculty (and staff) with course content and sent list to Jan. Will communicate re: materials needed for CERE for fall. Working on podcast model for existing video material using iTunes RSS feed.
Keith - scheduling; importing fall courses - working w/Scott on web services delivery.
Chris - current scheduler process may need to be revised due to mutliple systems involved in push-pull;
Beau - working on 2.1.x instance of Sakai for future installation
Chris brought up issue with faculty needing summer content available. Use case - visiting students who are not enrolled,
e.g., students at the Med Center or guest speakers.
