Process
- KFS: CMF # / Version #
- Migration program can push things into tag area where only migrators have access - purge from trunk once migrate
- KFS = Long term, KFS TST would use Rice dev-int
- KFS TST refreshed weekly
- KFS QA = Rice Test
- Bring up as first integration - Since Rice Dev-Int will be live Jan 4, we should point KFS-QA to RICE-DEV-INT.
- Lockdown SVN to each application (read/write access)
- Use XML poller service (XMLPollerLifeCycle) - XML ingester
- dev.mode off
- Import XML workflows via polling processes
- Background process run as system user
- 3 dir structure: Pending, Processed, Failed
- Runs in file system alphabetical order

- TST/QA - Utilize KIM via KSB (remote run mode) - NOTE: This may not be working in 1.0/1.1. See KULRICE-3721 which is slated to be resolved in 1.0.1.1.
