Check List for Meal Plan Issues

Res Ops Items to check when a meal plan is not working at the dining commons:

1. Check that student is assigned meal plan in StarRez

2. CHO meal plans, check that the Odyssey code is added to the meal plan setup

3. AY year meal plans, check that the Odyssey code is entered in the top slot, as well as in the bottom custom field along with the alt start and end dates.

   

4. Check that the termcode is added on the term session setup for the quarter that corresponds with the meal plan.

   

5. If all of these items are setup appropriately, and the meal plans are not working at The dining commons reach out to Martin (Lead Application Developer)
