Go to https://lms.ucdavis.edu (UCDLogin required).
Near the top of your homepage, click the "Transcript and Certificates" icon.
Click on the diploma icon next to the course title to access and print your certificate.
In the certificate window, click Export to PDF.
Send this PDF to your manager or attach to your access request, along with the completed access request form.
